Terms of Service

Last updated: July 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of TevaMind (tevamind.com and the TevaMind app). By using the service you agree to them. Short version: plan great days, stay safe out there, and be reasonable.

What TevaMind is

TevaMind generates suggested outdoor itineraries using AI and real-world place data. Plans are suggestions, not guarantees: hours change, trails close, weather shifts, and businesses come and go.

Outdoor safety — please read this one

Outdoor activities carry inherent risk. You are responsible for your own safety: verify conditions, hours, fees, and closures with official sources before you go; bring appropriate gear; respect posted rules and your own limits. TevaMind is a planning aid, not a substitute for judgment, local advisories, or emergency services.

Your account and content

Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

You own the notes and photos you upload. By marking content public you grant us a licence to display it within the service. Don’t upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don’t have rights to.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempting to breach security, no using the service to spam or harm others, and no reselling our data or plans without a written agreement.

Bookings and third parties

Links to partners (e.g., Viator, GetYourGuide) may earn us a commission. Bookings are contracts between you and the partner — their terms apply. We are not responsible for third-party services, venues, or experiences.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of place information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TevaMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or CAD $50 if you paid nothing).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes, termination, governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, and disputes belong to the courts of Ontario.
