Account information: if you sign in, we receive your email address and name from Google or from the magic-link email you provide.

Newsletter email: if you subscribe to adventure ideas, we store the email address you enter and your language preference.

Content you save: trip notes, ratings, and photos you choose to upload to your profile.

Planning inputs: the location, dates, and preferences you type to generate a plan. These are processed to build your itinerary.

Usage analytics: we use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) that do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites.

To provide and improve the service: generate plans, remember your saved trips, and make recommendations better over time.

To send you the newsletter you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour it immediately (as required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation).

To keep the service safe, debug problems, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not use your photos or notes for anything other than showing them back to you (and to others only if you explicitly mark them public).

We rely on a small number of service providers to run TevaMind: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Netlify (hosting), Groq (AI model inference for plan text), and Plausible (analytics). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

When you generate a plan, the text of your request is processed by our AI provider to produce the itinerary. We do not permit providers to use your data to train their models.

Some plans include links to booking partners such as Viator and GetYourGuide. If you book through those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

We keep your data while your account is active or while you remain subscribed. You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time — email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click, and deleting your account removes your profile, notes, and photos.
